Deactivate /Reactivate User

The Deactivate User/Reactivate User screen allows you to deactivate/reactivate the user from all associated classes. The screen has the following buttons:

Click the CANCEL button to close the message window.

Click the OK button to disassociates/deactivates user from all assigned classes. The following message is displayed: ”The user is deactivated successfully.”

Click OK to close the message window.

Reactivate User - Re-activates a user for the specific class. The following message is displayed: “Do you want to reactivate user?”

Click CANCEL to close the message window.

Click OK to re-associate the user with the class. The “User reactivated” message window is displayed. Click OK to close the dialog.

The Find Users screen refreshes to display the user’s status.
