Reset Password

The Reset Password screen allows you to reset the user password.

Select Reset Password.

 

Enter a new password and click OK, to update the change and close the window.

Click Cancel to close the Reset Password window without making any changes.

You are unable to change/reset the password while the user is logged in. If you receive the message "User is currently Logged in can't reset password," click OK/Cancel to close the Reset Password window.

Based on the role, permission to reset the password is either permitted or denied. If you receive the message "Can't reset password permission denied," click OK/Cancel to close the Reset Password window.
